Adrian has worked for over 30 years within the communication field and is a certified communication professional and coach. He has worked in a variety of roles from technical project management to HR Manager and internal consultant on Change Management and strategic business development working as the head of corporate communication for a fortune 500 business and worked as an advisor to four CEO's.
He has a global client base, building key communication strategies, developing people, and quite often coaching and sitting on the executive board of various organisations. He is the CEO and founder of Cropley Communication and The Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence.
He has a passion for building organisational communication capabilities, by finding the right people for the right organisation.
